This card is among the finest available at modest cost. This card, issued in 1991, is not a reprint in the strict sense of the term. It is an original card issued many years after the Black Leagues closed up shop. The players, their uniforms and equipment, and even the partial views of stadia sometimes seen in the background provide the collector with the briefest glimpse of that time long ago. Team members are identified on the reverse side of card. Each card measures 3-1/2″ by 5-1/2″ in size, features a nice sepia photograph and provides basic information about the player, team or scene on its post card reverse.
