1960’s VINTAGE ASTRO ACOUSTIC PARLOR GUITAR, HARMONY MADE !!! VERY SIMILAR TO THE HOLY GRAIL OF OLD HARMONYS THE 319 This is a cool old guitar, built in Chicago I would guess in the 1960’s or 70’s these usually have a date inside I couldn’t see it, I’ll post it if I find it. Built by Harmony most likely. It is in Good condition overall, it would be a nice display guitar. The action is adjusted at a pretty good height.. The body is likely birch as are most of these from this era. These are the Holy Grail of old small body blues guitars and this one is branded with the Astro logo which is even more Rare I have only had one other ASTRO Uber Rare. I assume the Astro name came as a result of the space race or possibly named after the Jetson’s Dog ! LOL Please take a good look at the pictures they give a good look at the condition of this guitar. The guitar is playable and would be a nice addition to a collection. And its priced reasonable.
