*I will be frank I’ve lowered the price to what I think is a stupid low price now so I would not even consider a penny less just to be upfront with you the deal is so good I think I’m being ridiculous! Very Rare Very High End Custom Exclusive High-End RL McIntyre SOFA AND LOVE SEAT SET in Rich Brown Leather/Crocodile Leather Embossed Design. (TWO INDIVIDUAL ITEMS) I understand that for most people these are still expensive items to purchase so please take the time and read everything in my description and then I’d be more than happy to answer any and all other questions or send you more photos if you’d like thank you and take care. I have reduced this very high-end furniture to a extremely low price, as I don’t need them anymore and they were so expensive in the first place, that I think many people may not be able to affort them. Therefore, I decided to lower the price a lot, so then, the average middle income person could have a chance to afford these beautiful expensive pieces. I would like the person I sell these to, tp really appreciate what they are getting, especailly at this super low prices. For me it matters who buys these pieces since I had them custom designed and built, and it took about two years to have them delivered to me. I also want whoever biuys them to understand what they’re getting. *At this very significant overall price reduction I like to be reimbursed for eBay fees or work something out. * I can’t see how I can go any lower at the prices, as these are very high-end custom pieces and I am not sure the average person understands how extremely expensive Custom Ralph Lauren items actually are. HUGE price reduction! You may not be aware of what you’re actually buying this sofa if you could get it new NOW it would probably around $35,000.00 and the love seat around $25,000.00. Although it’s preowned we’ve done our best to take care of it *The reason the price is so low is because my girlfriend wants a sectional so this point I’m decided to significantly reduce the price to make it a real value…..you. *Although I am showing both the loveseat and the sofa I will sell them individually. So individually I will sell the sofa for $8,999.88 and loveseat for only $6,999.88 This is just a fraction of their true value! The Love Seat alone is new would be well over $25,000.00 if you could buy it new now and the Sofa would be well over $35,000.00. At the time Ralph Lauren Couture had about 15 or more different grades of leathers to choose from all at different prices from low to high. I choose the most expensive and highest quality leather they had available at the time. Now RL does not have as high end leather as they used to. If you want both pieces (The Sofa and The Love Seat) I will reduce it to incredibly to only $12,988.88, which if you could replace these two pieces now it would be about $60,000.00 plus. Very, Sofa & Love seat Set made from very high-end Brown and Crocodile-embossed leather design. I started my original auction at a price of only $29,900.00 and that was already significantly discounted from the original value of this set. As you can see I have significantly drop the price so they now are extremely even more discounted so more people can afford these exclusive high-end pieces. *At this low low price this set is sold As-Is condition. If you want any more photos, etc, let me know so you can determine the condition for yourself. *For a reference point I am adding some photos from an earlier Ralph Lauren custom catalog that shows my sofas covered in the kind of leather that has the distressed look. My leather may have a similar, but different distressed broken in comfy look, it is a much higher grade and much more expensive leather than on the one from the catalog. Therefore because of that has a slightly different kind of distrusted look also (see all the photos). In other words, Ralph Lauren, which is still high end, does not offer anymore the super high-end choice of leathers and construction I got mine with. I had a choice of about 20 leather grades, which could raise the price at least 3 times more the base price with the last expensive materials used. In my case, I choose the most expensive leathers and materials. As well, they no longer offer the very expensive embossed crocodile-embossed leather. Even if you wanted to you can’t get this high, high-end furniture anymore. RL is still very good, but they are now using a less exclusive manufacturer and making some pieces offshore instead of the way it mine were made in the North Carolina at high-end factories the old-fashioned way. As you might know, Ralph Lauren Furniture can with some of its pieces goe up in value over time because RL raises the price of his items a certain percentage each year. Because I am selling these items at an extremely discounted price I would ask the buyer to take the responsible for the cost and arrangement of packaging, shipping, and or pickup. It would take too much time every time someone’s interested to figure out what this would cost but if you do wanna get them and this is a serious real transaction I would do what I can to help in this area. From what I’ve seen so far it looks like around $500 to $800 to have a moving company who specializes in moving things like sofas across the country of which when I go online there are several to choose from. These pieces have only been used by myself and my girlfriend, and we don’t smoke or allow it in our home. We have never had pets or children and therefore these items and that has helped maintain these pieces. These pieces took almost two years to have made and delivered because of choosing the highest of the leather quality available and other materials RL had. These Pieces are like artwork and because they were custom made they are one of a kind. I do not know the exact weight, that is also an approximation.
