Q: Can you ship cards using eBay Standard Envelope?A: I only use USPS First Class with a padded envelope to ensure your order will arrive to you safely. I secure cards with cardboard to make sure they aren’t damaged during shipping, and that cardboard will cause standard envelopes to get caught up in the sorter at USPS. Q: What’s your return policy? A: Returns are not usually accepted UNLESS I made a mistake. If you didn’t read the full listing, or are having buyer’s remorse, then I can’t accept a return. Q: USPS says my order arrived, but I can’t find it in my mailbox or on my property. A: If they say your order arrived then it was scanned into their system as delivered. Double check all of the places the USPS delivery person may have placed it. (Such as on a porch or with a neighbor if you live in an apartment building.) If you still can’t find it then go to your local USPS building and ask them to verify where and when it was delivered.
