These are identical in construction to CTS’s high quality 450G series pots with some slight tweaks. These audio taper pots are suitable for use as both tone and volume controls. The features of these pots include 500K Ohms/10% Tolerance Audio Taper Bakelite base plate Solid brass shaft Solid brass bushing 3/8-32 US thread 3/4″ (long shaft) bushing height Split, fine 24-tooth, knurled, 1/4″ diameter shaft Chamfered shaft for easier knob installation and removal Each pot comes with hardware – two nuts, dress washer and lock washer Requires 3/8″ diameter mounting hole Pot is manufactured and branded by CTS specifically for The Art Of Tone (TAOT), Part # 450S500KXL TAOT.
