eBay Choose Your Own Pieces of Design 7000, Danube Pattern Flatware, Made in Austria Buy as Many Pieces as You Need to Complete Your Set. The more you buy, the lower the price. This is an iconic and very desirable mid-century modern design, created by the famous artist and sculptor János Megyik for Amboss in 1970. This pattern is known as Design 7000 or Danube. These are from the original production in Austria, and were made between 1970 and 1976. (After that, production was moved to Germany.) The bid price is for ONE PIECE OF FLATWARE, but I have many pieces available. You can select the quantity that you need of each piece in the box above. You can order as many pieces as you need to complete your set. If you order more than two pieces of any flatware, I will give you a discount. All pieces were made with high quality 18/8 stainless steel. Most of my pieces are marked “MADE IN AUSTRIA BY AMBOSS 18/8.” A few of my knives have a slightly different marking: “AMBOSS (anvil logo) AUSTRIA ROSTFREI STAINLESS.” If you are trying to match a specific marking, I will do my best to accommodate. Each piece is hand-finished and shows very minor variations. These pieces will look great on your table or in your collection. Please ignore any reflections or bad lighting in the photos. The main photo shows the following pieces from left to right…. A Dessert or Cocktail Fork measures about 5-13/16″ long (Sorry, SOLD OUT). A Salad Fork measures about 6-15/16″ long (Sorry, SOLD OUT). A Dinner Fork measures about 7-1/2″ long. A Dinner Knife measures about 8-5/8″ long. A Place or Soup Spoon measures about 7-7/16″ long. A Tea Spoon measures about 5-13/16″ long.
