If an item has one or two minor functional problems, we’ll still sell it as “Used” and note any issues in the ITEM CONDITION. However, if an item has major functional problems, we’ll sell it as “FOR PARTS/NOT WORKING” when that option is available. Manufacture’s boxes or packaging may have damage on occasion, including bends, tears, and other cosmetic flaws. When possible, we will repair boxes. Any manufacture’s packing that is not sealed, will have a safety seal applied to it by us after the listing photos are taken. We strive to accurately describe items and to take plenty of photos from different angles so you can clearly see what you are spending your hard-earned money on. We encourage you to view the listing photos and video (if available) so you can get a visual of what you are buying. It is possible for us to miss a tiny flaw, and it may not be picked up by the camera either. Also, colors can vary depending on monitor or phone settings. Please keep this in mind. Fast Order Processing Guarantee & Shipping Details: We guarantee quick order processing within 1 Business Day or Less. We pull, pack and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
