Opal Split to cream legbar (rooster is opal, there are opals, splits, & cream legbar hens- so you might get either color) Crosses- the eggs you receive might not represent the same color female offspring will lay (these can be the most fun combinations) 1. Fibro Easter egger/ olive eggers (hens are svart hona crosses under silverudds blue rooster) the pink egg with tiny white spots in my pictures are from these hens 2. Multigenerational Olive eggers ( backcrossed to black copper marans rooster for darker olives or darker chocolate colored eggs) 3. F1 Olive eggers- isbar rooster over black copper marans hens, welsummers rooster over ameraucana hens or legbar rooster over welsummer hens My chickens, including my roosters are people friendly. I ship fresh eggs, packed in foam, double boxed and do my best to get them to you safely and quickly. This listing is a pre-order, in other words, the pictures are not the exact eggs you will receive. We will send you fresh eggs collected over a 2 day window. We cannot predict the exact amount of speckling, darkness or bloom on the specific eggs laid each day. However our chickens are capable of producing eggs that look like the eggs in our pictures, and we will send eggs we would want in our own incubator and have been incubating. Egg genetics are complex, however, I hatched my breeding roosters, and I only incubate/hatch eggs with desirable speckling and or egg color. My welsummer roosters hatched from splotchy speckled eggs and my marans roosters hatched from an 8 on the marans egg shade card. Our chickens are not hatchery quality chickens. They are breeder quality, selected for dark lines, speckling and heavy blooms. There are no guarantees on whether hens hatched from these eggs will lay the same patterns. Our desired outcome is to produce beautiful and friendly chickens that produce gorgeous eggs enhanced with each new generation). Please have a plan for the roosters that result from incubating and hatching any fertile eggs you hatch. There’s a 50/50 chance of every egg hatching male or female. If you are not comfortable with that, please do not purchase hatching eggs from us. If you need advice on the incubation process, please reach out. I’ve incubated shipped eggs for many years, and have learned a lot through each experience. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE HATCH RATE OF THE EGGS YOU WILL RECEIVE! Your results will be anywhere from 0% – 100%. We do everything we can to make sure your eggs are shipped quickly and safely, however once the package leaves our hands, it is out of our control. Eggs will be shipped priority mail, which includes insurance. If your eggs arrive broken, you must file a claim with usps within 24 hours if you want a refund. I cannot file it for you. There are things that we cannot control: shipping conditions (i.e. rough handling, exposure to extreme temperatures, delays, x-ray machines). Unpredicted changes in mating and egg laying. We do hatch our own chicks frequently from the same eggs you are receiving with a high hatch rate. Please leave feedback based on condition of eggs when received, not after hatching. A low hatch rate does not mean they were infertile. A number of incubation circumstances can cause eggs to not develop or hatch.
