NOTE: This is the Non-Velocore Version OEM shaft, but I haven’t found any difference in the Velocore version compared to these except the cost as new uncut Velocore shafts sell for 350.00 without the grip or sleeve installation & this is a New uncut, that hasn’t been played, the new TR red/black painted color version, it is a Ventus Blue TR 5R Regular & I have several of these in stock & with all shafts, they are all slightly different from each other, these new Ventus Blue TR’s have a similar tip section as the other Ventus Blues but they are stiffer in the mid & the butt sections than the other Ventus Blue 5R shafts, I measure each shaft individually at the butt, mid & tip section, this gives the buyer the shafts true profile & that is the one I ship to the buyer, since I have multiple shafts of each one listed I give the buyer the choice of which one they want with their purchase, I will list the shaft numbers down below when I get a chance of all the Ventus Blue 5R’s & Ventus Blue 5R’s, Red/Black & the new Ventus Blue TR 5R-Red/Black that I have in stock at the butt, mid & tip, & the buyer should pick the shaft that has the best numbers for their swing regardless of the shafts paint scheme. Up for sale on Buy-It-Now for 195.00, is a new, uncut 46.5 inch long, Fujikura Ventus Blue TR 5R 55 gram Regular Flex shaft, this is the one of the most popular shafts in the golf world today & the Blue is probably the most popular of the Ventus line & it comes in 3 color schemes, the Ventus Blue 5R, blue color, the Red/Black Ventus Blue 5R & the new Red/Black Ventus Blue TR 5R. This listing is for the TR Ventus Blue 5R, whereas these new TR’s have a stiffer mid section and butt section so they will not load as much as the standard Ventus Blue 5S’s which have a softer butt & softer mid sections. But the stiffer tip & mid sections will reduce spin to help roll out after the ball lands, they all are a great feeling, premium shaft which have a low torque rating of 3.0 which will not allow the shaft to open up no matter how hard you can swing, this shaft is in New, unused condition, uncut at 46 inches long & the sleeve will add another 1/2 inch & for a Driver or Fairway wood shaft in stiff flex & will be installed with any of the Tour Edge Exotics, Driver or Fairway Wood sleeves installed, such as the EX-8, EX-9,EXS-10, EXS-220, C-721, or the Limited Edition Pro, Driver sleeve installed or the EX-9 Fairway Wood sleeves installed. The shaft will come with a new grip of your choice of which I have many from Golf Pride, Winn, Lamkin, Iomic and many others in all sizes. I will build the shaft to your specs, for length, sleeve setup and ship it out as soon as possible, once it has been purchased, this is the shaft that is most used by many Tour Players today in their Driver or Fairway Woods, a very well preforming shaft for players that want a mid kick with a stiff tip for a low/mid ball flight with low spin that will allow the ball to roll out after it lands, this shaft as mentioned has a pretty stiff tip section & stiffer mid section to even keep the spin down more over the softer tipped earlier, but also remember that the butt is stiffer also, so the shaft won’t load as much as the earlier Ventus Blue’s that aren’t the TR versions. The different stiffness’s of the shaft can help or hinder the players swing, when the butt is stiffer, it doesn’t load as much, so therefore doesn’t unload also, but if the players tempo & transition are quicker then the stiffer butt helps their tempo, so swing speed, launch conditions, shoulder plane & driver loft as well, so the TR Ventus Blue shaft will suit players with a mid to faster tempo, since the butt section is stiffer than the earlier Ventus Blue 5R’s listed below. The TR’s also have a stiffer mid section, which will lower the launch & spin, too. Also keep in mind that the shafts profile can help you with your accuracy, striking the ball at impact in the sweet spot and distance when it matches your swing parameters, such as tempo, shoulder plane, launch conditions, swing speed & other factors, it has a low torque value at 3.0 degrees, so it will not open up at impact, even with faster higher swing speed swings.
