Autograph/Signatures – All items with autographs were collected by me at a show and witnessed/authenticated by CGC as part of their Signature Series Program. Newton Rings – The ?rainbow effect? or ?Newton rings? are a normal occurrence when two different plastics (which have different refractive indexes) are placed together. It is not an oil or substance within the case. They are often difficult to photograph and with your lighting, you may see more or less of the effect. This is also not a condition to claim the item was “not as described” in order to return the item or assess unfavorable feedback. Payment – Please pay in a timely manner (within 5 days). If you need extra time, please contact me to let me know. I am very understanding. Shipping – I usually ship next day but I sometimes travel during the week for my regular job. That is my reason for putting a 5 business day handling time on my items. I will ship as quickly as possible and will try to contact you if an item will take more than three days to ship. International Shipping – I use eBay?s Global Shipping service to handle delivery and customs/import fees outside the United States. Any additional shipping, taxes or fees are determined and added by eBay in addition to my domestic charges.
