Description:For sale here is one of my Rolleiflex 3.5f cameras. I tried to justify keeping two (one for color film and one for black and white), however I’m trying to fund an upcoming project so I reluctantly need to sell one of them. This is a late model 3.5f with the desirable 6 element planar, and also has the amazing micro-prism focusing screen. This screen lets you focus in the dimmest lighting conditions. Overall, the camera is in really great condition as you can see. It has been used, but not abused. The glass is clean and clear, and takes stunning photographs with lots of 3D pop (the camera is fully film tested). The only things worth noting are that the shutter speeds bellow 1/30 are slow, with 1/4 and lower sticking. It would need a CLA if you plan on using the slow speeds. Also, the focus isn’t perfectly smooth, and could probably benefit from a CLA to make it “buttery”. Again, it’s perfectly usable as it is, and I’ve shot quite a few rolls with it. The meter works, however I didn’t test it for accuracy as I always use a handheld meter. Included is the camera as pictured, with lens cap only.
