You are looking at a rare glow in the dark Tag Heuer 980.113 men’s 1000 series professional watch. This watch is a true survivor. Not many of these were made. It is referred to as the “Night Diver Full Lume”. I am a watch collector who owns over 500 Tag Heuer watches. I currently have quite a few for sale. It was simply time to clean out the closet. This is a men’s size TAG watch with a case size of about 38mm (41mm including the crown). The crystal is in good condition with several scratches. The crystal is also a bit cloudy, which is normal on many of these models. A new crystal would make it look fantastic. The back casing is in good condition with typical light wear scratches. The bracelet is the stainless steel jubilee band. It is in very good condition with light wear scratching and mild stretch. A few of the link covers are missing. The clasp and surrounding area looks good with light scratches and desk rash. The bezel is in fair condition with typical wear scratches. New bezel inserts can be purchased online for about $30. The glow lume is still very strong. The dial, hands, and hour markers all look great. I would rate this survivor as a solid 7.75 out of 10 in condition. The watch is all original and will fit up to an 8 inch wrist. If you need extra links I can sell you some at $75 per link. I have access to them from a local jewelry store. It also has the wet-suit extender which allows someone with a larger wrist to get it on. The bezel turns and clicks in the counter clockwise direction, as it should. It has always kept perfect time. This model has a quartz movement and it is 200 meters water resistant. New battery just installed and serviced by Tag Heuer dealer. It used to retail for $1795. I always recommend having seals tested before wearing in water as a precaution, but I would probably avoid the water with a watch of this age.
