The Frame and Fork’s clearance is for 27″ Wheels. The Frame and Fork are Reynolds Steel 531 Tubing with International Lugs. The Serial # is on the Bottom Bracket F26xx. The Frame & Fork are Used, Used, looks like hell but solid, faded, has scratches, paint & decal loss, shows wear, has 2 small ping dents in the top tube, has slight rust, chrome lugs are decent, needs love.
