The executor told me that “This is a ‘Custom Designed Jigged Bone Handle Mini Tobacco Congress Knife” and it has the Real High Buff Polish Nickel-Silver Bolsters!” Stamped on the Main Blade are the words: “Surgical Steel” and “Frost Cutlery”!! This Vintage Knife is still Brand New in its Original Box! I had to open the box and take this knife out to take the photographs. This Vintage Knife Looks Very Shiny – Just Like New. The color of the Blades are a little brighter than the photos, as the pictures were taken indoors. The Knife Stand in the photos is not included. Made In Seki, Japan! ~ Japanese Steel is some of the finest steel in the world and it is very expensive! This is a Great Knife to Invest in because its Value will Continue to Increase!
